where can i find a prop maker?

I want to know if a person could make a Halloween costume modled after a Bioshock Big Daddy or my Armor scheme from Halo:Reach. I would also wonder where I cold find props for these costumes (magnum from halo, rivet gun from bioshock, maybe even a little sister ADAM needle) that are crafted from metal. Money i can find over time but I love to impress others on halloween

A professional prop maker would not be able to legally make you a anything from a copyrighted character, but if you Google, you can find licensed suppliers and also a lot of tutorials on how to make your own, or you could hire a crafty friend to do it for you.
